How to use

Co-present

Use speaker links to coordinate co-presenters without handing over the primary computer like some kind of USB-stick ritual.

  1. Add speakers

Add each presenter with their name, initials, color, and optional avatar. Timerinator uses that identity in links, speaker displays, and presenter signals.

  2. Mark speaker changes

Mark speaker changes in the PowerPoint notes while preparing the deck. Timerinator shows the current speaker, the next speaker, and speaker change markers during the run.

  3. Share the right link

Send general participant links to viewers and each co-presenter their own speaker link. Speaker links identify who is connected and who sent each signal.

  4. Use presenter signals

Co-presenters can raise a hand, ask to pause, ask for a break, or ask the active presenter to speed up or slow down.

  5. Let the active speaker move slides

When a co-presenter is the current speaker, their timer shows previous and next slide controls. Those controls move PowerPoint on the primary presenter's computer.
