Added release notes on the website and in update prompts so presenters can see what changed before installing a new version.

Fixed

PowerPoint presentations that do not already contain Timerinator data now open as temporary timers instead of showing an error, and Timerinator more carefully releases PowerPoint objects while reading or updating timer metadata.
